However, in 2020, 40 pickers are English and are local to the farm area. The UK based pickers are a mixture of workers furloughed by coronavirus and students unable to travel or work in the hospitality sector. Taylor cautions the idea that this new recruitment will solve issues with seasonal working due to Brexit, as the influx of available workers is directly related to coronavirus. Naime, šoljica malina sadrži čak osam grama vlakana, što je puno više nego u drugim namirnicama.“Biljna vlakna neophodna su za normalan rad probavnog trakta i pozitivno utiču na srce”, rekla je Gentile.

Međutim, upravo s vlaknima trebamo da budemo oprezni jer ona, u prevelikim količinama, mogu dovesti do želučanih tegoba, nadutosti i dijareje.

Prema smjernicama, ljudi bi trebalo da konzumiraju 28 grama vlakana dnevno.

Ako inače ne konzumirate previše vlakana, kada odlučite da ih uvrstite u svoju ishranu, činite to postupno i pratite kako se osećate.

Naravno, pijte puno vode kako biste ublažili želudačne tegobe uslijed povećanja dnevnog unosa vlakana.
